Set in New Barnet, Victoria Quarter is a transformative residential development led by Fairview New Homes. Once complete, the scheme will deliver over 500 new homes across a series of contemporary brick-clad blocks, bringing new life to a former industrial site.
Firma is supplying bespoke masonry support systems for the project, working closely with Fairview’s in-house design and delivery teams to ensure efficient installation and consistent quality across the development.
The varied slab conditions across the site required a flexible approach to support design. A mixture support types feature across this project. While most areas utilise standard face-fixed systems, several locations called for top-fixed brackets due to slab depth limitations.
