Situated near the River Thames in Lower Shiplake and surrounded by beautiful countryside and traditional architecture, Shiplake Meadows is a Joint Venture scheme between Galliard Homes, Probitas Developments and O’Shea. This new integrated retirement village provides high-quality homes, onsite care and lifestyle amenities.
O’Shea appointed Firma to design and supply 209 C-Profile Wind Posts across 65 homes on the development. These wind posts were phased across four separate deliveries to suit the installation schedule on-site and streamline the delivery of the overall package.
With each home varying in layout and design, our team had to allow for a number of different heights and bracket types for different locations. The wind posts were delivered with full fixing kits and delivered in accordance with a schedule of works. The initial batch of bespoke windposts also had to be delivered in just over a week to keep in line with brickwork progress on site.
