Spanning across five new structures, this 480-home development is built with various amenities, including over 15,000 square feet of mixed-use space for retail, office, and community use. This initiative will notably enhance the surrounding locality and current public spaces. It introduces fresh recreational zones, shared areas, as well as innovative landscaping, and a civic square adjacent to the new entrance of Wandsworth Town station.
The contractor for this project, Vistry Partnerships appointed Regents Contracting Limited as the brickwork contractor. Firma was appointed to design and manufacture over 200 wind posts and ancillary products for Regents Contracting Limited on this project.
Delivery of this project has been phased over multiple deliveries to streamline the installation schedule and optimize storage space on site.
