The relocation to new headquarters at Victory House brings to an end a 27-year presence on Rackheath Industrial Estate, a journey that began with a move from Johannesburg, South Africa in May 1999.
The BA Holdings Group, comprised of FIRMA and BA Systems, has today announced the relocation of its operations to Victory House, Cromer Road, North Walsham, NR28 0NB.
The move marks a significant milestone in the company’s history. Since first establishing its presence on Rackheath Industrial Estate in May 1999, following the founders’ relocation from Johannesburg, FIRMA and BA Systems have grown steadily over the course of nearly three decades, becoming trusted brands in the UK construction industry.
A new base for the next phase of growth
Victory House provides the company with modern, purpose-designed office space that reflects its current scale and supports its plans for continued development. The North Walsham location offers excellent connectivity and positions the business well to serve both its existing client base and new markets going forward.

Opening ceremony
The new premises were officially opened on 13th April 2026 in a ceremony attended by distinguished guests from across the local business and civic community. Among those present was Steff Aquarone, MP for North Norfolk, whose attendance underlined the significance of the occasion, not only for FIRMA and BA Systems, but for the wider North Walsham area.
Also joining the celebrations was Simon Rossi, Commercial Director at North Walsham Rugby Club and Managing Director at Rossi Long – a welcome presence representing the strong local business connections that FIRMA looks forward to building on from its new home.
The occasion marked both an end and a beginning: a moment to reflect on nearly three decades of growth, and to look ahead with confidence from a base that is firmly rooted in the heart of North Norfolk.
All existing contact details remain unchanged. Clients, partners and suppliers are asked to update their records to reflect the new address with immediate effect.
